お申し込みの前に「今すぐお支払い」ボタンから衛生管理費をお支払いいただき、その後表示されるお申し込みフォームよりお申し込みをお願いいたします。
決済時にはクレジットカード情報とあわせて、エントリーいただく際の「代表者氏名」のご入力をお願い致します。

本イベントは2日間開催いたします。お申し込みフォームより出店希望日をお選びください。お申し込み操作1回につき1日分のお申し込みとなります。2日連続で出店をご希望の方は、2回の操作(衛生管理費お支払い+お申し込み)を行なってください。
「出店要項」を必ずご確認の上、お申し込みをお願いします。なお、お申し込みは上限に達し次第、締め切らせていただきます。
